Question 1

What is CrestCast?

Accepted Answer

CrestCast is a UK household financial forecasting app. It projects your family's cashflow, profit & loss, net worth and debt over time, so you can see the future impact of decisions like overpaying a mortgage, a salary change, or a big one-off cost.

Question 2

Who is CrestCast for?

Accepted Answer

Families and couples in the UK who want a single forward-looking view of their finances — combining both partners' income, bills, savings, mortgages and other debts into one shared forecast.

Question 3

Does CrestCast work for households where two people share money?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Partners link their own accounts into a shared household view, with joint income, bills and assets modelled alongside each person's own. One subscription covers the whole household.

Question 4

Can CrestCast model mortgage overpayments and debt payoff?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CrestCast forecasts how overpayments, interest rates, promotional periods and extra repayments change the years-to-clear on mortgages, loans and credit cards, and how that flows through to your cashflow and net worth.
